  1. Smt. Amnamika Singh hereinfter called the Appellant has filed the present appeal dated 6.10.2012 before the commission against the Respondent Registrar of Companies, Patna. Appellant was not present and the Respondent was present in the hearing.

  2. In the present case Appellant filed a complaint dated 16.4.2012 against the affairs of the company namely M/s KNS Buildcon Pvt. Ltd in the office of ROC Bihar cum official Liqudator High Court, Patna (Respondent). So, The Appellant through the RTI application dated 9.07.2012 sought certain information regarding details of action taken including office records, office note sheets/communications recevied by the Respondent on the complaint dated 16.04.2012 relating to affairs of the Company M/s KNS...
