G.S.R. 564(E).-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 185 of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands (Panchayats) Regulation, 1994 (1 of 1994), the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Andaman and Nicobar Islands (Election Commissioner''s Conditions of Service) Rules, 1994, namely:--
