I. How many complainants against Small Scale Development Bank of India /its officials were received by the RBI during the period 1/1/2006 to 31/12/2009.Please inform the Appellant about the names and designation of SIDBI officials against whom the complaints were received by the RBI.

ii. Out of (i) mentioned above, in how many cases, no action has been initiated by RBI till date. Provide the certified copy of all such complaints.

iii. Out of (i) mentioned above, in how many cases, the RBI has finished its enquiry and also it has recommended initiation of any kind of disciplinary action against SIDBI officials. Provide copy of all such letters.

iv. Out of (i) mentioned above, in how many cases, SIDBI has not replied to any of the letters of RBI. Provide certified copy of all such letters by RBI to SIDBI. v. In how many cases mentioned at

(iv) above, no reminder was ever issued by RBI to SIDBI.Please inform the Appellant abut the name and address of all such complainants.

i. No complaint received between this period except Appellant''s complaint dated 19/6/2009.

ii. Same as above

iii. Please refer to item no.1 (i) of reply above. SIDBI''s comments were called for vide our letter dated July 30 2009, a copy of which had already been provided to the appellant vide letter 26/3/2010.

iv. In respect of the Appellant''s complaint dated 19/6/2009.SIDBI had furnished comments vide letter dated 18/2/2010.

Please find enclosed herewith a photocopy of letter no.1573/30.7.2009 issued by the RBI, the contents of which are self explanatory. Please inform:-

i. Whether this letter was sent to SIDBI by registration post or speed post or courier. If this was sent either by registered post or speed post or courier, then a certified copy of its

i. Letter was sent by courier. Courier receipt dated 30/7/2009 is not readily available.

ii. As at 1 (iv) above RBI had issued a notice to SIDBI under Sec 11(1) of

receipt may be supplied to the Appellant. ii. If SIDBI has spent any reply to the same, then provide a certified copy of the same to the Appellant. If SIDBI has not submitted any reply to RBI, then please inform whether any reminder was issued to SIDBI.
