SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J. (ORAL)

  1. Petitioner seeks interim bail for a period of two weeks in No.107/2018 under Section 302/34 IPC, Police Station Dwarka on the ground of illness of his mother.

  2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mother the petitioner was admitted to Anand hospital for surgery and account of high blood pressure, surgery could not be performed. further submits that since there is no other earning member in family, petitioner needs to make arrangements of funds. He submits that money was initially deposited by a neighbour, who the mother of

    the petitioner treats like a daughter, however, even that money exhausted.

  3. Learned counsel submits that petitioner was earlier released on interim bail by order dated 05.12.2018 for a period of one week and he had surrendered in terms of the said order.
