Between
M/s _____________ a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at _______________________ through its Director __________________ hereinafter referred to as "the Company" (which expression shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof include its authorised representatives, successors and assigns) of the one part
And
_________________a Partnership firm and having its office at _______________________ through its Partner ___________________ hereinafter referred to as "the Firm" (which expression shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof include its authorised representatives, successors and assigns) of the other part.
Whereas

The Company is carrying on the business of manufacturing and trading of _______________, ________________, ____________________ products and, for the advertisement of the said products, wishes to install and maintain hoardings at various sites in the city of ___________

The Firm is engaged in the making, painting and installing and maintaining the hoardings and has offered its services to the Company.

The Company has agreed to appoint the firm for the purpose of making, painting and installing and maintaining the hoardings at various sites in the city of ______________

The Company and the Firm have proposed to execute this agreement recording the terms and conditions in the manner following.
Now it is Agreed By and Between by Parties as Follows:
1. Period of Agreement

The Firm shall make, supply, paint and install the hoardings as per description, design and specifications annexed hereto at such sites in the city __________ as may be desired by the Company, from time to time, during a period of ____ years from the date of this Agreement.

The Firm shall complete the work of making, supply, painting and installation of each hoarding within such period as may be desired by the Company, from time to time.
2. Property in Hoardings
The hoardings shall, after these are installed at various sites, become the property of the Company.
3. Inspection of the Hoardings

The Company shall have a right to inspect the hoarding within a period of ____ days after the installation thereof to check whether the quality of the material used and the design and description are as per the specification desired by the Company.
