Ltd., a Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at... hereinafter referred to as 'The Company' of the other Part;
WHEREAS -

The Owner owns a Cinema theatre known as... situate at... in which commercial cinema films are exhibited daily.

The Company is carrying on business of an advertising agent and has contracts with several advertisers for displaying advertisements of their products.

The Owner has agreed to display the advertisements supplied by the Company from time to time on the cinema screen in the said theatre on the following terms and conditions agreed to by the Company.

It is now proposed to record the said terms and conditions in the manner following.
NOW IT IS AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES HERETO AS FOLLOWS:--

The Owner agrees to display or exhibit the advertisement slides prepared by the Company and as and when furnished by the Company on the screen of the said theatre at every cinema film show every day.
