This review petition has been filed for recalling of order dated 4.12.2015 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.A. No. 125/ 2015.

I n W.A. No. 125/ 2015, respondent Nos. 1 and 2 were the appellants and review petitioner was respondent No.1. I n the writ appeal, respondent Nos. 1 and 2 challenged the order dated 17.7.2014 passed by the learned Single Judge in review petitioner’s WP(C) No. 543/ 2008 directing them to give him preferential allotment in the first floor of the building in question.
