S.O. 60,-- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of Section 13 and Sub-Section (1) of Section 14 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts Act 1887 (Act XII of 1887) and Sub-Section(1) of Section 11 of The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act 2 of 1974) and in modification of the previous notifications and orders issued on the subject the Governor of Bihar is pleased to direct that:-

(a) The Court of Subordinate Judge[Civil Judge (Senior Division)] -I-cum- Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate and The Court of Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate and 2 Courts of Judicial Magistrates shall be established at Manjhaul Sub-division in the district of Begusarai;

(b) The Jurisdiction of the Court of Subordinate Judge[Civil Judge (Senior Division)]-I-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate and The Court of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate and 2 Courts of Judicial Magistrates shall be the entire local limits of the Sub-division of Manjhaul in...
