S.O. 58, -- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of Section 13 and Sub-Section (1) of Section 14 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts Act 1887 (Act XII of 1887) and in modification of the previous notifications and orders issued on the subject the Governor of Bihar is pleased to direct that:-
