  1. The commonness of facts of each case allow us to give them joint hearing and as such these have been taken up for final disposal by a common order as requested by learned counsel for the applicant. For the facility of convenience, facts have been taken from OA No. 060/01073/2016 (Sumit Vs. Chd. Administration & Ors.).

  2. Heard.

  3. By means of present O.A, filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the applicant seeks following relief:-

    i) That the respondents may be directed to conclude the process of appointments of TGT (Fine Arts) by conducting the counseling for filling up the remaining eight posts of TGT (Fine Arts) out of 32 advertised in General Category.

    ii) That Honble Tribunal may also pass any other order for grant of relief to the applicant to which it may deem fit and proper in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case.

  4. On the commencement of hearing, learned counsel for the applicants very fairly submitted that before approaching this court, the applicants made a representation dated 07.05.2016 (Annexure A-18) requesting the respondents for issuance of appointment letter for the post in question being next candidates in merit but the respondents have not decided the same till date.
