Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. He has tendered an application under Order XXIII Rule 1 CPC with a request for disposal of the revision petition in terms of the settlement.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1/complainant states that as per his instructions respondent No.1 has voluntarily settled the matter in dispute with the petitioner and respondent No.2 and in token of the settlement he has given a fresh letter of authority authorizing the counsel to receive the bank draft in terms of the settlement on behalf of respondent No.1/complainant. The said letter of authorization is also taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.1/complainant submit that parties have voluntarily entered into a settlement and the terms of settlement are recorded in the agreement/compromise deed signed by the Manager (Legal) of the petitioner, respondent No.1 (complainant) as also the Managing Director of respondent No.2, copy of which is Ext.
