The parties have agreed to settle the above matter upon payment of a lumpsum amount of Rs.2,05,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Five Thousand Only) by M/s. DLF Ltd. (formerly DLF Universal Ltd.) to Shri Ashish Nanda, subject to deduction of TDS (at the rates applicable for NRI). A TDS certificate would be issued upon furnishing PAN card. Such payment would be made within a period of two weeks.
