Challenge in these proceedings is to the order dated 02.07.2010 passed by the Gujarat State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Ahmedabad ( in short, ''the State Commission'') in C.M. Application No. 414 of 2009. By the impugned order, C.M. Application No. 414 of 2009 for condonation of delay of 96 days has been dismissed by the State Commission by giving valid reasons.

We have heard Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and considered his submissions. He states that the appeal before the State Commission could not be filed within the prescribed period because the petitioner remained pre-occupied in his personal work for all that kind.
