  1. The appellants have approached this Tribunal for the following reliefs:-

    1. Allow the present appeal

    2. Quash and set aside the impugned order.

    3. During the pendency and till final disposal of the present appeal, this Hon'ble Tribnal may be pleased to:

      (i) grant stay of the effect operation and implementation of the impugned order to the extent that it passes interim directions against the appellants.

      (ii) grant exemption to the promoters and directors of appellant no. 1 from the application of paragraph 17 of the impugned order.

      (iii) pass ex-parte ad-interim relief in terms of prayers (d)(i) to d(ii) above.

    4. grant costs of this appeal;

    5. pass such other order and give such other directions as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit in the interest of justice.
