Order:

A.S. Pachhapure, J., (At Bangalore)

  1. These petitions are filed by accused Nos. 2 and 8 in Crime No. 73/2010 registered for the offence punishable under Section 120 (B) of IPC and also under Sections 3, 5, 25 and 27 of the Indian Arms Act.

  2. It has been submitted before this Court that accused Nos. 2, 4, 5 and 6 are granted bail by Session Court and this Court granted bail for accused Nos. 9, 10 and 11.

  3. There is an allegation of conspiracy to eliminate on Harish Rai and that accused were holding revolver.

  4. Since the other accused against whom similar allegations were have been granted bail, these Petitioners are also entitled to bail on the principle of parity.

  5. In the circumstances, the Petitioners are ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions:
