[1st August, 1996.]BE it enacted by Parliament in the Forty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:-An Act further to amend the Representation of the People Act, 1950 and the Representation of the People Act, 1951.CHAPPRILIMINARYCHAPTER IPRELIMINARY1.Short title and commencement.1.
