THE NOTARIES ACT, 1952 ACT NO. 53 OF 1952 1*

An Act to regulate the profession of notaries.

BE it enacted by Parliament as follows:-

Short title, extent and commencement.

1. Short title, extent and commencement. (1) This Act may be called the Notaries Act, 1952.

(2) It extends to the whole of India 2***.
