THE INDIAN MUSEUM ACT, 1910 ACT NO. 10 OF 1910

[18th March, 1910.]

An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to the Indian Museum.

WHEREAS it is expedient to consolidate and amend the law relating to the Indian Museum; It is hereby enacted as follows:-

PRELIMINARY

1.

Short title and commencement.

1. Short title and commencement. (1) This Act may be called the Indian Museum Act, 1910.

(2) It shall come into force on such 1*date as the Central Government, by notification in the Official Gazette, may direct.
