After making arguments on merits of the case, learned Counsel for Petitioner submitted that he confines his prayer only to extent that part of order of Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal dated 02.11.2010 be modified by which representation of Petitioner has been directed to be decided by District Education Officer. He submitted that against his allegation about making illegality in passing of transfer order by that authority, Petitioner should be given liberty to make representation to the Director, Elementary Education, Rajasthan, Bikaner.
