Judgment:

Prem Shanker Asopa, J., (Jaipur Bench)

  1. In the bunch of aforesaid writ petitions, the petitioners have challenged the respective transfer orders issued between 26.9.2010 and 30.9.2010/1.10.2010. They have filed respective appeals before the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal and are claiming identical directions issued in the similar writ petitions, therefore, all the aforesaid writ petitions have been clubbed together and are being decided by this common order.

  2. Counsel for the petitioners submit that against the impugned transfer orders, the respective petitioners have filed appeals before the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal which are pending and have not yet come at number for admission and order, on account of the fact that limited number of such type of cases are taken up on a day and further petitioners' appeals may come at number after some time, therefore, the petitioners may be allowed to continue at their respective place of posting, for a period of one month.
