[19th December, 1962]An Act to make provision for the grant of relief in respect of certain personal injuries sustained during the period of the emergency.BE it enacted by Parliament in the Thirteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-1.Short title, extent and commencement.1.Short title, extent and commencement.
