  1. Petitioner, who is serving as Gram Sewak, on being transferred by the State Government from Panchayat Samiti Jhunjhunu to Panchayat Samiti Ladnu in exercise of the powers under Section 89(8-A) of the Rajuasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1994 vide order dated 29/09/2010, preferred appeal before the Service Appellate Tribunal, however, the Tribunal was not inclined to grant interim relief but taking note of the submissions made, considered it appropriate to call upon the State Government vide order dated 02/11/2010.

  2. Counsel submits that in view of the order passed by the Tribunal, nothing remains to be examined in the appeal which has been preferred.

  3. The Tribunal has taken note of the submissions made but has not made any observations...
