  1. This writ petition has been filed against interim order of Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur, which, by considering appeal of Petitioner against order of his last transfer dated 29.09.2010 rejected his stay application.

  2. Contention of learned Counsel for Petitioner is that Petitioner was posted at Gram Panchayat Seuwa Panchayat Samiti Rajgarh by order dated 14.06.2010 where he joined on 17.06.2010, but within a week thereof he was again transferred from Seuwa to Gram Panchayat Malaksar in Panchayat Samiti Sardar Sahar qua Respondent No. 3 Rajendra Prasad. Petitioner joined that place on 07.07.2010, but on 26.08.2010 this order of transfer was cancelled and Petitioner was again transferred to Seuwa Panchayat Samiti Rajgarh. Consequent whereupon Petitioner was relieved on 20.09.2010 to join at Seuwa. Now again by order dated 27.09.2010 Petitioner has been transferred from Gram Panchayat Seuwa (Panchayat Samiti Rajgarh) to Panchayat...
