By this petition for writ, a challenge is given to the order dated 16.12.2008 passed by the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal rejecting an appeal preferred by the petitioner government servant giving challenge to the order dated 31.07.2007 transferring her from Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Siwana, Barmer to Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Chohatan.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that learned Tribunal failed to appreciate that the petitioner never made any request to effect her transfer, but the respondents passed the order impugned without providing joining time, dearness allowance and travelling allowance.
