Heard learned counsels.

This case comes up on an application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC filed by Ram Kishore seeking to be impleaded as party respondent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, he is not considered to be a necessary and proper party, therefore, the I.A.No. 4728/10 is accordingly rejected.

Further perusal of the contents of the writ petition, which was mentioned to be an urgent case by the learned counsel for the State, it appears that the petitioner approached this Court prematurely. The petitioner is said to be aggrieved of the order Annex.6 dated 22/10/2009 passed by Shri Hema Ram Choudhary, the Revenue Minister, who has recommended the petitioner's transfer to the Board of Revenue, Ajmer and the Principal Secretary, Revenue Department has forwarded the said recommendation to the Board of Revenue for doing the needful. No order of transfer is yet passed by any competent authority.
