G.S.R.50(E).--In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 38 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 1986 (63 of 1986), the Executive Committee of the Bureau of Indian Standards with the previous approval of the Central Government hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Bureau of Indian Standards (Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2007, namely:--

1. (1) These regulations may be called the Bureau of Indian Standards (Terms and Conditions of Service of employees) Amendment Regulations, 2009.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Bureau of Indian Standards (Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2007. for the Third Schedule the following schedule shall be substituted, namely:--

"THIRD SCHEDULE
